MEET THE CHEF

Executive Chef Connor (Age 17) has been a true foodie from day one. He's all about salty, spicy and savory. He has enthusiastically consumed such delicacies as alligator, camel, crickets, escargot etc… The more adventurous the better. This kid has NEVER ordered off a kids menu in his life.

In 2014 Connor was diagnosed with Muscular Dystrophy. While this condition limits him in certain ways, in no way does it affect his passion or creativity in the kitchen.

The idea of Connor’s Saucery was hatched in early 2018 as a doodle on a napkin while eating Mahi tacos in Baltimore Maryland. From day one, it was about crafting top-notch small batch sauces with plenty of heat, but more importantly, huge flavor. Our tiny company continues to evolve, but that guiding principle will always remain our focus.
