CHEF CONNOR - CHILD GOURMAND
Executive Chef, Connor Barshay (Age 16) has been a true foodie from day one. He's all about salty, spicy and savory. He has enthusiastically consumed such delicacies as alligator, camel, crickets, escargot etc… The more adventurous the better, and this kid has never ordered from a kids menu in his life.
In 2014 Connor was diagnosed with Muscular Dystrophy. While this condition limits him in certain ways, in no way does it affect his passion or creativity in the kitchen.
The concept of Connor’s Saucery was hatched in early 2018 as a doodle on a napkin, over a generous portion of fish tacos and fried tostones at Baltimore’s Little Havana.
With the love, support and encouragement of friends and family, we started making sauce.
Our current lineup of sauces is available through our online shop as well as select farmers markets, street fairs, specialty retailers and restaurants.
