Meet the Chef
Chef Connor (age 17) may be young, but has always had sophisticated and daring tastes.
From day one he's been all about salty, spicy and savory. He has enthusiastically consumed such delicacies as alligator, camel, crickets, escargot etc. The more adventurous the better. This kid has NEVER ordered off a kids menu in his life.
In 2014 Connor was diagnosed with Muscular Dystrophy. While this condition limits him in certain ways, in no way does it affect his passion or creativity in the kitchen.
The idea of Connor’s Saucery was hatched in early 2018 as a doodle on a napkin while eating Mahi tacos in Baltimore Maryland after a particularly long doctor's appointment.
In our first several years we tested out our products at street fairs, farmers markets, and local shops.
From the moment we started experimenting with recipes, it was about crafting exceptional sauces with a fine balance of flavor and heat.
Our tiny sauce company continues to change and evolve, but that guiding principle will always remain our focus.
